Hertfordshire Winter

Hertfordshire Winter. Taken on 28 December 2005 in the fields near here, after a rare dusting of snow, on one of my favourite local walks. A rather old-fashioned picture, perhaps, with some broken 'rules' (horizontal line across the middle, very central path in the foreground...) but quite pleasant; certainly for me as a reminder of the place. The print came out slightly lighter and more delicate than the image here, and it seemed to appeal to Peter Smith, our judge for the Club competition, who kindly gave it 20/20.
