Neglected Churchyard
Neglected Churchyard. An early image from my newly infrared-converted D3200. Way back in my film days I would occasionally shoot monochrome with a red filter to get the dramatic black sky, but IR adds a whole lot more punch from the foliage. Low winter sun helps here with some nice long shadows. I find myself being drawn to churchyards for IR, which often provde some essential dark details. A new Infrared gallery just added to the site.
